A well established high street retailer are currently seeking a Financial Controller


The organisation have gone from strength to strength in the last 5 years and have established themselves as a real presence as a high end UK retailer.

The business wish to hire a Financial Controller into a newly created position, focused around controllership duties as well as business partnering with several revenue generating entities. The focus of the role will be to become the 'face of finance' establishing yourself as an integral part of business process including when looking at how the business strategically take themselves to market.

The Role

Confidence to challenge operational management to ensure sound decision making
Business partnering with divisional Managing Directors and senior budget holders
Commercial analysis to support decision making process when looking at - new business opportunities, contract renewals, and business development activities
Leading UK based finance team
Involvement in the completion of divisional budgets and quarterly forecasts

The Candidate

Qualified accountant
Business partnering experience
Staff management experience
