Commercial Finance Manager

This is a fantastic role working at a global leading technology business. The role will be a 9 month contract working as the lead commercial finance support for the sales and commercial functions. This central London opportunity will provide extensive exposure into EMEA and global projects and negotiations of new commercial deals.

The core responsibilities of this Commercial finance manager role will include:

• Provision of financial analysis and support for key investment decisions
• Investment appraisals based upon complex modelling and scenario analysis
• Supporting new business development with insightful analysis on volume based pricing decisions
• Manage financial and legal risk across all deal support
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with sales & marketing functions
• Maintain robust regulatory integrity across all financial deal support
• Identify and improve key efficiency's in the commercial deal support process

The profile sought after for this commercial finance manager positions would be:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, overseas equivalent or relevant experience
• Extensive modelling and investment appraisals
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience working in a negotiation situations
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience working in a large fast paced international technology or telecoms company is preferable
