Regulatory Projects Manager

A Project Manager position available with a financial company in Bromsgrove, on a 12-month contract basis.

Your new company
Hays are working with a Financial Services company to recruit an experienced Project Manager in Regulatory Change. This is on a 12-month contract basis with the prospect of being made permanent, after the 12 Months.

Your new role
You will be working within the company's Advice and Regulatory Support department, reporting to the Head of Risk. As Project Manager, your core responsibility is to mitigate perceived regulatory risks through overseeing the planning and implementation of assigned projects within the business. You will identify and analyse risks that arise through external audits and you will engage with external auditors to ensure that changes are implemented effectively and risks are eradicated. You will implement project timescales, documented work plans while maintaining communication strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this role, you must have FCA Regulatory work experience. Excellent candidates will demonstrate a Financial Planning, or PRINCE2 qualification. Your performance will be measured by the achievement of how you achieve individual project objectives, demonstration of risk mitigation, and your understanding of regulatory and industry focuses. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
