Senior Credit Controller

Brewster Pratap are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for an experienced Senior Credit Controller for Noble Foods based in Summerbridge on the outskirts of Harrogate. Noble Foods have a rich and vibrant history dating back to 1920 and are pioneers in egg marketing and innovation. They have a strong well known presence on our super market shelves, being the name behind the well-loved Happy Eggs and Gü desserts.

In this stand-alone Credit Control position you will be responsible for developing and maintain a professional credit control service for the Milling & Agriculture divisions. In this business critical role you will have full responsibility for the Company's Sales Ledger, including carrying out invoice runs, collections and providing Senior Finance and the Managing Director with an up to date assessment of the debtors' position for each division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing organisation. Based in North Yorkshire the site is commutable from Harrogate, North Leeds, Keighley, Otley, Ilkley, Skipton, and Ripon areas. Previous Credit Control experience is essential, ideally within an FMCG environment.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Financial Controller your role will include:

• Customer relationship management and debt risk management
• Manage the debtor ledger of the Milling & Agriculture business
• Allocate customer cash payments
• Provide bi weekly debtor status reports to the Group with commentary
• Manage and reconcile the bank funding account transactions, inc weekly bank recs
• Submit the weekly Accounts Receivable Direct Debit BACS file to the bank
• Run credit checks and open new customer accounts
• Update and manage agent commissions
• Manage all Pullet Finance agreements
• Attend creditor meetings
• Comply with the company H&S policy and procedure at all times

The Person:

Previous Credit Control experience is essential, ideally where you have been overall responsible for the entire credit control function of a Company or a division of the business. You will ideally be qualified ICM or studying towards this.

The Benefits:

Salary £27,000 - £29,000 + 25 days holiday + stats, 37.5 hours a week.
