Due to continued international growth, this well-known global FTSE 100 with interests in digital advertising & content, TV, sponsorship and sporting rights has created the new role of Finance Manager in its efforts to meet its ambitious growth targets.

In this role you will business partner with sales and work closely with the senior finance leadership team. You will be responsible for;

• Preparing and challenging business cases with the sales team, identifying commercial opportunities and supporting their delivery
• Providing support and analysis to ensure strategic growth plans are met and shape the future landscape of the division
• Owning the commissions and pay plan across the sales team to drive optimum sales performance and profitability
• Stream-lining integrations within the business, tracking and measuring their performances
• Owning the head count for sales and put forward business cases and challenge business decisions
