A London Charity is seeking a Payroll Officer to join them on a permanent basis. The focus of this position is to manage the entire payroll operations from start to finish and to ensure staff are paid on time in accordance with HMRC, statutory and pension bodies. The fantastic opportunity will include the following duties:

  • Ensuring payroll is run on time for monthly paid staff
  • To act as the point of contact for the pension  scheme in place
  • Act as the main point of contact for HMRC with regards to PAYE and NIC
  • Ensure queries from staff  and external bodies are answered
  • Provide salary reports
  • Reconcile monthly payroll reports
  • Liaise with HR in terms of payroll
  • Payroll budget costings for finance department
