This is a fantastic opportunity for a bookkeeper with payroll experience to join a highly reputable, multi-sited accountancy practice in an exciting and rewarding role. The firm provides a wide array of services covering accounts, tax and audit as well as an outsourced FD function that allows their staff to work closely with local businesses and in return, provides them with an all round experience.

Description

VAT submissions to HMRC.

Book-keeping for clients including; purchases, sales, bank payments and receipts.

The processing of payroll (weekly/monthly payroll + Auto enrolment).

Maintaining Company information, databases and records with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Liaising and building relationships with customers and suppliers.

Monthly ad-hoc reporting.

Maintaining client filing system.

Be a point of contact for customers, quickly and efficiently answering and resolving queries.

Marketing and promoting the practice through marketing, social media and networking events.

Additional duties dependent on experience and interest.

Profile

Ideally come from a practice background or self employed, servicing a client base

Have experience in bookkeeping and payroll
