A new role has been made available through a UK-leading Property company based within easy reach of Liverpool Street. The role is open for an experienced Property Management Accountant and will be commencing in early February. Based within a fantastic Accounting team and working within a high-end office, this is an ideal role for an experienced Accountant with a keen interest in the Property.
Your primary focus will be towards reconciliation and balances - with focus on new instructions gained by the Client; including account statements and reporting.
You will have the following:
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in the property industry (preferred)
- VAT reporting and accounting experience
- Part Qualified
