A technically strong and commercially minded accountant is required to join a prestigious organisation to take on the role of Project Accountant. This is a critical appointment and a unique opportunity given its wide variety of responsibilities.
*Focusing on the financial detail whilst adopting business partnering elements to advise and support key stakeholders regarding opportunities for investment and growth, assessing the financial impacts.
*Involvement in business planning, budgeting and cash flows and providing recommendations
*Regular interaction with various members of senior management and board directors to present results
To be considered, you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with detailed understanding of the key accounting frameworks including GAAP. You will be used to an operational finance role with proven examples of developing controls and processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong accounting looking to move from a 'routine' finance role into a broad business partnering capacity where each day certainly differs to the next.
