Commercial Finance Manager

Our client, a highly sought after employer of choice and industry leader, is looking to source a top calibre Commercial Finance Manager to join its talented team. This is a pivotal role for the business, responsible for partnering with Senior Managers, Marketing & Sales to deliver strategic objectives and profitable growth.

The successful candidate must be a proven influencer, able to drive value in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate impressive commercial nous, financial insight and market awareness. Main duties:
* Providing financial insight, challenge and recommendation into planning processes to drive development of marketing programmes
* Providing accurate data and commentary on performance to support and influence team decision on strategy
* Developing plans to meet and exceed budget P&L targets
* Product profitability analysis including insight and recommendations
* Financial analysis of financial performance and projections
* Commercial analysis of activities before and after execution
* Assisting with the financial elements of new product design
* Providing key business partners with accurate KPIs and insights to support decision making
* Preparing and presenting high level analysis to Board Level

Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with at least 1 years' PQE and of graduate calibre, with a strong academic record. Previous work experience in a consumer-facing industry is highly desired, but not essential. The priority is an impressive skill set, centred on relationship building, influencing, decision making, initiative and gravitas.
