The Opportunity
We are working with a fast-growth 100m turnover PE-backed SaaS business. They are seeking an ambitious Financial Accountant with knowledge in US accounting standards to oversee and manage a number entities with a primary focus on their US business. Based in new, modern offices in Central London, the business offers software and platform solutions – related to customer retention for a number of household brands ranging from soft drink giants to renowned car manufacturers. With private equity backing, they seek to grow over the coming years towards an eventual exit.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be heavily involved in month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and ad hoc general and variance analysis. Due to the broad nature of the position, you will also regularly deal with the strategic and FP&A parts of the finance team.
The Requirements
You will need to be a qualified accountant ideally with a background in a US entity or with US accounting standards and have worked within an SME. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable working within a fast-paced business, along with liaising with key stakeholders across the spectrum.
