Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Financial Analyst / Business Partner
The company is an growing manufacturing organisation with operations across the UK. It is a leading edge business with a large share of the market for its products. Reporting to the Financial Controller key duties include:
Providing Insight and Reporting on key business metrics including variance analysis
Group Planning, Forecasting and analysis of major projects across a number of divisions. Supporting and Business Partnering all business streams across the UK entity.Enhancing Ledger Systems and Controls in line with the growth strategy of the business. You will also be responsible for production of the annual budget and tracking the performance across the year providing analysis, commentary and reforecasting on a monthly basis. Cashflow management is an important aspect of the role working closely with key stakeholders.
The person - a strong financial analyst with experience of working in a fast moving business. Comfortable in a customer facing role, a logical thinker, resilient and robust, someone who will challenge 'status quo', adding value right across the business. You will have strong presentation skills, deal with variable workloads & tight deadlines an excellent negotiator/influencer, someone who sees the wider picture and anticipates change and quickly understands the wider implications. Experience of interrogating complex ledger systems would be useful.
