Description
The opportunity:
As the Systems Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading projects, new finance system upgrades and implementations
- Managing all financial systems - Great Plains, Forcaster, Proactis, CareSys
- Ensure standard reports are produced in line with the agreed finance timetable, ensuring data interrogatory across all systems
- Manage the Plan/Forecast activities in the foresting tool - including, but not limited to building the plan and current forecast in Forecaster, so that budget holders and business partners can enter/review financial forescast/plans
- Coordinate all finance system changes across the Finance & Strategy department, so there is one point of contact for all changes
- Ensure detailed finance system documentation is maintained for control and audit purposes
Profile
Your background:
- Experience of managing the financial systems monthly close processes for a medium sized organisations
- Experience of setting up and managing the forecasting and budgeting system
- Experience of managing finance system upgrades or implementing new finance systems
- A qualified accountant or Qualified by experience
