Due to company performance and expansion; Howarth Morris are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a market leading £100M turnover organisation based on the Wirral. This successful company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience dealing with High Volume invoices.
Responsibilities include:-
- Recording a high volume of invoices on to Purchase Ledger system. Automated and manual postings.
- Ensuring all invoices are coded to the correct nominal ledger, branch and supplier.
- Settling invoices with a weekly payment run, providing suppliers with a remittance.
- Reconciling Supplier statements ensuring accurate recording of all outstanding amounts.
- Managing the Purchase Order system to ensure all expenditure is correctly authorised.
