Financial Analyst

A Financial Analyst is required to work for a leading FMCG business based in West London, on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leading international brand.

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting for various departments within the business. Working in a team of 5, sitting amongst a much larger finance team, duties will include:

• Analysing financial information relating to the costs for the European and Global side of the business
• Handling the budgeting and forecasting process for specific departments
• Business partnering with finance and non-finance departments and providing them with commercial analysis
• Providing payroll reports and monthly bonus calculations
• Production on monthly management accounts such P&L’s, commentaries and cash flow forecasting
• Supporting various Capex projects

The successful candidate will be a ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified accountant. Advanced Excel skills are key including pivot tables, v lookups and basic macros. Prior experience of working in an analytical role within a large company is essential.  Experience working for international business is beneficial but not essential, experience working within FMCG or a Consumer Products industry is desirable. Knowledge of SAP is desirable, and experience working within a Head Office of a listed business would be highly advantageous.
