Interim Financial Accountant

Frazer John are partnering with a large North West based client and a requirement has arisen for an experienced financial accountant with a strong track record of preparing year end accounts to tight deadlines.  In order to be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

• Analysing and scrutinising financial information to make sure it makes sense in the context of the financial statements.
• Liaising with the wider finance team to challenge information received and ensure it is correct and complete.
• Drawing up financial closures, ensuring they are in line with the groups accounting policies and IFRS accounting standards.
• Liaising with external auditors to ensure an efficient audit process.

You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have a strong technical accounting background including experience of reporting under IFRS.  You must be organised and motivated and be able to work to tight deadline and work autonomously and as part of a team.  You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience of SAP is desirable but not essential.
