My exclusive client are a highly successful international organisation who have consistently doubled in size year on year. They now require a commercially focused accountant to join their driven and value-add focused finance function, in a role which is crucial in supporting this continued growth.

They will take ownership for the management of accurate forecasting across several key areas of the business, with other responsibilities to include:

• Preparation of detailed management information to support commercial and operational directors in making key commercial decisions.
• Full responsibility for controlling of the groups cash positioning on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Preparation of Budget Cash Flow and Quarterly forecasts.
• Development and implementation of new processes and controls.
• Building close working relationships with a varied mix of internal and external management.
• Accountability for the Monthly production of accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious accountant, with excellent analytical skills and a strong user of Microsoft Excel. They must possess the commercial acumen to challenge current processes in a collaborative manner, and be able to build strong working relationships across a broad spectrum of people.
