Head of FinanceExperis are currently recruiting a Head of Finance to join a market leading business services organisation. The role is based in Leatherhead with excellent continued career development opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Commercial finance management of substantial contracts
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Senior Stakeholder management and finance business partnering
- Developing and implementing strategy and controls
- Improving performance and profitability
- Supporting corporate services and commercial teams
- Resource management and efficiency improvements
You will have the following experience:
- Strong commercial finance background
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Experience interfacing with corporate services (IT, Procurement etc...)
This is a challenging and diverse role where you will be responsible for driving performance and profitability across the business. This will be achieved by improving reporting, business partnering and resource management, as well as any other strategies you develop.
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 + car allowance + bonus
