My client is a market leading facilities management and support services company with an enviable reputation within the sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Finance Manager.
Within the role you will provide financial & commercial support on long term support services contracts. You will be a senior point of contact and escalation with the clients, ensuring the contracts are run to agreed service levels and to profit targets. You will have responsibility for management reporting including all month end processes, ensuring all necessary financial & commercial controls, processes and procedures are in place and have responsibility for identifying and negotiating new revenue streams.
To succeed in this challenging role you be a qualified accountant with strong experience in a commercial finance role. A track record of achievement within a high pressured, results orientated role is essential as are excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the outsourced services sector would be beneficial.
