Ambitious Finance Director required for an international business in Worcestershire
The Finance Director will be commercially astute and demonstrate a strong track record in delivering change and pioneering new finance strategies within a fast paced environment.
As the successful Finance Director, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working with executive and board level stakeholders, whilst being a significant part of the senior management team. A strong track record of achieving results around driving change, through a proactive and hands on leadership style when it comes to managing the finance function and implementing the strategy of a wider group.
You may also have experience working with a multinational business as a senior finance lead for their UK function and aspiring to your first Finance Director Opportunity.
You will be Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and educated to a degree level ideally
