Detailed Job Description

As a key member of the UK leadership team, you will provide commercial, financial and strategic support to the Senior Management; provide leadership and define strategy to the divisions within your remit; lead the business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes; provide commercial insight and input in particular with regard to product costing and profitability; and manage the relationship with the parent company, including the preparation of financial reports and analysis and ensuring compliance with the relevant group policies and procedures. You will report to the regional CFO.

Candidate's Profile

This role is ideally suited a finance professional with a demonstrable track record of operating as part of the local leadership team within an international business as well as experience of managing interactions with an overseas parent company. Experience within the contracting, services or manufacturing sectors is advantageous. Proven success of providing hands on leadership to a finance team as well as other, non finance areas, is essential - as is the ability to add commercial value and implement robust processes and controls. A forward looking individual with a highly strategic outlook and strong leadership skills, you will embody a quality driven approach and a preference for a collaborative approach to dealing with change.

What's on offer

£90,000 - £100,000 plus car, bonus and pension.
