Are you looking for an exciting challenge with the scope for career potential? Due to business growth, a unique pioneering business is now recruiting. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a 'hands on' Management Accountant/Business Analyst. Working within a small team, core duties will include everything form monthly P&L production, forecasting, analysis, project work and cost control.

Reporting to the Finance Director and board, you will be involved in improving not just the finance function but the whole company.

The successful candidate (qualified) will have SME business exposure/experience and will need:-

- A strong work ethic - be hands on
- To be a self starter with ambition
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience of reporting
- Cashflow management experience
