An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a professional services business based in Bristol.

The purpose of the Accounts Administrator is to provide project management and administration services for clients.

Main duties of the Accounts Administrator role are;

  • Maintain issue logs and meeting actions
  • Invoice and debt management
  • Raise bills, control and monitor monthly billing against budget/forecast
  • Suggest and action process improvements and efficiencies
  • Cross client working
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Compile and issue weekly status reports to client

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Administrator role will be educated to A Level standard and have an interest in pursuing a career in Accountancy.
