Position: Senior Commercial Finance & MI Analyst
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £400 - £500 per day
Job type: 6 month Contract

Our company client is a reputable Retail - Financial Services brand who are actively seeking to appoint a dynamic and tenacious Senior Commercial Finance & MI Analyst to join their growing team based in Lancashire. This is an interim assignment to provide support to key business projects.

Role Overview:

* This is a 6 month assignment with a preferred start date of Monday 23rd January.
* The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the board

Major responsibilities for this job will include:

* Provide expert advice to support the forward forecasting by analysing the consumer credit business - debt levels, debt forecasting and financial modelling & analysis to identify trends and produce insightful MI
* Deliver complex financial analysis surrounding key business information to support strategic decision making at both local and group level
* Supporting with key projects to identify risks & opportunities within the consumer credit arm
Skills required;

Experience and skills required:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years PQE
* Must have previous financial services experience (preferably within consumer credit)
* Advanced financial modelling skills
* Advanced Excel
