A retail company based in London are looking for a Manager in their Cash Management team on a 12 month contract.
Will need someone confident, strategic with good communication skills who can develop the team and work with other departments to discuss and implement possible improvements. This role will be managing a team of 9 so previous line management experience is essential - ideally someone who has managed a team of at least 4/5 people previously.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Ensure high quality clearing and control of EMEA and Americas bank accounts.
- Ensure strong control environment with documented policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop a team of 9 associates.
- Maintenance of all relevant documented policies and procedure.
- Key point person for Internal and External audits - ensuring timely resolution of control weaknesses.
- Review and sign off of monthly bank reconciliations
- Proactively engage with IT on systems initiatives, partnering to ensure back office considerations are anticipated and delivered.
