Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Opportunity

Finatal is a leading recruitment business offering interim candidates the chance to work with leading PE backed companies in exciting opportunities. We are currently recruiting an FP&A Manager role for a private equity backed, high growth, bespoke financial services company based near Tottenham Court Road. The role is designed to gap manage a period between two permanent hires, and hand over to the new employee.

The Role

• Lead on all budgeting and forecasting activity for the group and subsidiaries, reporting to the CFO
• Updating and rebuilding detailed cash flow models to ensure the Business Managers its cash effectively – essential in private equity owned companies
• Oversee a junior FP&A Accountant, and guiding on a day-to-day basis
• Involved in hiring the replacement FP&A Manager, ensuring a detailed handover is completed before exiting the business
   

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and have experience within a private equity environment previously. You will have a strong FP&A related background and ideally will have a knowledge of bespoke finance products, however this is not essential.

This contract is likely to last 3-6 months, dependent on the new hires notice period. There may be the requirement to extend further. Maximum day rate for this assignment is £450 per day.
