Title: Financial Reporting Accountant
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits package
Oliver James Associates is currently working with one of the leading global Financial Services Organisations that has been operating for decades in the market. Known for offering excellent career development, they are currently looking to appoint a Financial Reporting Accountant to support the strong finance Team.
The purpose of the role is for the individual to produce Management Information and annual statutory reports (financial statements, regulatory returns and tax computations).

Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis & preparation for Regulatory returns
- Production of monthly and quarterly management accounting information.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ad-hoc finance projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting: Solvency II.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at senior stakeholder level.
- Excellent and organised approach to maintain robust delivery of regulatory reporting.
- Experience working within a Financial Services organisation
