I am looking for Semi-Seniors / Senior Bookkeepers for several of my clients within Central London and North London.
The incumbent will undertake day to day bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Description:
- Manage bookkeeping services so that they are provided to clients in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of management financial statements, VAT returns and FCA returns for clients
- Assist with raising sales invoices, considering the VAT position on international invoiceds
- Ensure all client work is completed within applicable lodegement and work schedule deadlines
- Ensure good relationships with both internal and external clients
- Liaise with other departments to ensure deamless delivery of work
- Liaise directly with clients and suppliers on basic queries in a timely and professional manner
Ideal Candidate:
- AAT Qualified and/or working towards ACCA/ACA qualification
- Sound knowledge of managerial accounting and bookkeeping services
- Basic knowledge of Payroll services and company secretarial requirements
- Good knowledge of SAGE, XERO and other accounting software
- Good knowledge of VAT law and compliance
