Management Accountant

Senior Management Accountant  

Are you a management accountant with extensive experience using the Qube property system? A property development company based in North West London are looking to recruit a senior management accountant to join their team for a period of 12 months. The successful applicant would be responsible for:

-In charge of Rent Collection
-In charge of Expenditure allocating and payments (monthly payment run)
-Implementing Purchase Order procedure
-In charge of weekly bank reconciliation
-Preparing final trial balance to produce final accounts, correcting any errors necessary
-Create Weekly / monthly / Quarterly reporting
oCollection and arrears
oBank balances
oCash flow and P&L
oBudget mentoring and variance analysis
-Supporting the finance team on ongoing tasks

The Ideal Candidate will have:
-Strong communicator with the ability to influence
-Motivated and target orientated
-Well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
-Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision
-Strong knowledge of Qube
