WHR Reporting & Analysis Manager

The Role
Working across finance and the wider business, this role will co-ordinate the financial planning and reporting process across WHR to ensure delivery of timely and robust business plans, budgets, and forecasts. This will comprise all financial areas of the business (including p&l, balance sheet and cashflow) together with ensuring the delivery and reporting of robust, accurate and clearly communicated WINcard targets.
In addition this role will take the lead in the delivery of high quality management information and insight for Group and WHR executive teams; delivering accurate and insightful financial information for both internal and external (City) purposes. As a critical partner to the WHR FD, this role will also provide finance support for ad-hoc projects spanning the 3 WHR business units (PI, Restaurants & Germany) .
Key tasks within the role will include:
- Develop and manage the WHR financial planning framework, process and timeline to ensure excellent business engagement (both divisional and corporate)
- Provision of high quality management information.
- Critical support to WHR Finance Director on WHR wide reporting, insight, analysis and planning
- Develop a high performing; high potential team
