The invoice Analyst will be responsible for on-time production of invoices for processes related to Letters of Credit and Bills of Exchange payment terms.
Additionally you will provide excellent customer service and also be responsible for managing documentary credit invoice and credit note processes using multiple business operating models across a number of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
*Making sure that financial and customs invoices are raised within a 24 hour time-frame.
*All queries are logged accurately, investigated, resolved and root-caused to prevent re-occurrence.
*All issues related to Letters of Credit discrepancies are monitored and reduced.
*Lean Sigma tools are used on a day-to-day basis for leading continuous business improvement initiatives.
*Manage customer profiles.
Ideally you will have experience in Logistics, Finance or a Customer Service related function with strong experience of working with International or European Markets.
