Senior Accountant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working in partnership with a leading independent Chartered Accountancy Firm, based in Sheffield. Due to a recent internal promotion, the firm are now seeking a dynamic and ambitious ACA/ ACCA part qualified or qualified Senior Accountant to join the team.

This role will be client facing and involve some team supervision so applicants must be confident when providing advisory services and be able to build and develop relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage a portfolio of clients with a turnover of up to £50 Million
-Review Audit files as well as carrying out accounts production for Limited Companies and Partnerships
-Involved in P11D's, producing management accounts and VAT returns
-As a key member of staff within the senior team, you will assist the team in all technical aspects of servicing your client base, along with supervising staff members and reviewing files

Due to the nature of the firm the successful candidate must be confident with Business Development, and be able to identify cross-servicing opportunities. Introducing specialist consultants where appropriate, to grow the firms already substantial portfolio of clients further.
