Finance Director

Our client is a Listed medtech business at the cutting edge of its market.  The business is about to embark on an ambitious growth trajectory and requires a Finance Director to work alongside the CEO  to help drive the increase in sales internationally.  Key to this role is the financial leadership of the business as well as being the “right hand” person to the CEO.  In addition, the Finance Director should have both the gravitas and credibility to manage investor and banking relationships.

The ideal candidate will have the skill set to ensure the infrastructure of the organisation is able to absorb and support the projected growth in sales as well as any M & A opportunities.  Furthermore, the Finance Director will also be expected to have the confidence and skillset to negotiate and agree contractual terms with customers, suppliers and advisors.  Experience of international expansion, in particular the USA, will be extremely beneficial.  In addition, ideal candidates should have some experience of working in a Listed organisation.  This role represents a unique and exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and ambitious CEO taking an established and successful niche business through to the next stage of its growth.
