Accounts Co-ordinator (Part Time) – Manufacturing Business 
Croydon, Greater London 
£11 - £13 per hour + Bi-annual Profit Sharing Bonus Scheme (based on individual performance), 24 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Holidays) 

Our client is looking for an Accounts Co-ordinator to join their highly successful and respected worldwide manufacturing business on a part time basis, with the potential to take on more hours in the future. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a forward-thinking company with a strong commitment to the development of its people. The company currently employs 50 people in a modern facility, and has detailed plans for continued growth and success over the coming years. 

As an Accounts Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for book-keeping and other finance office administration. In this diverse role, you’ll lend a helping hand wherever you can to support the smooth running of the business. 

Specifically, your duties will involve: 

- VAT 
- Reconciling petty cash, bank and merchant accounts 
- Intrastat 
- Updating Sales Ledger Invoices. 
- Updating monthly spreadsheets for payroll. 
- Monitoring outstanding purchase order history 
- Processing new account applications 
- Reconciling trial balance accounts 
- Pension admin, operating the company pension scheme
- Other necessary accounts duties 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- At least two years’ accounts and/or book-keeping experience 
- Experience with Sage Line 50 Accounts, ideally including Sage 50 Payroll 
- Competent computer skills using Microsoft Office programs 
- At a minimum GCSE level qualifications (or equivalent) in English & Maths 

Organised and proactive, as an Accounts Co-ordinator, you must have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, strong prioritisation abilities and a focus on excellent time-management and high output. Accuracy, attention to detail and a discreet approach are all key, as is the willingness to challenge yourself and acquire new skills.
