Our client is central Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Accountant to work closely with the Financial Controller to make sure the business is maximising the potential of there accounting and reporting systems.
The duties of this role will involve:
- Developing Tableau dashboards containing management information that will be used by the business to manage their work and that of their teams
- Developing templates used in the Practice Management System (Crystal or Design Gallery)
- SQL extracts supporting the reporting required by the business and Finance Analysts
- Liaising with the IT team in relation to data transformation and migration, e.g. bulk uploads of new matters and transactions following M&A
- Ensuring the Finance department are able to offer a good service to the business
The successful candidate will have experience of working with a legal Practice Management System as well as strong working knowledge of Excel/ SQL/ Crystal/ Tableau etc as well and the ability to understand and implement users' requirements. You will be able to identify, analyse and resolve problems as well as communicating technical information to non-technical people.
