Interim Financial Control & Consolidations Manager - Financial Services - London - £350-£400 per day

My key client, a market leading and rapidly growing, international financial services business based in London are currently recruiting for an ACA Qualified Interim Financial Control & Consolidations Manager.

*Legal entity reporting and consolidation for a rapidly growing International Group, including a strong understanding of international consolidations under IFRS
*Preparation and review of statutory financial statements across various legal entities and jurisdictions
*Development, management and understanding of the month-end reporting and control environment
*Play an active role in the reporting process for all legal entities in the group, ensuring all legal entity numbers are completed and understood to the agreed timetable
*Assist the process to ensure all Group legal entities are correctly consolidated to agreed timelines
*Take an active role in ownership of financial statement note preparation and substantiation
*Ensure accurate, understood and controlled numbers are delivered to stakeholders to agreed timetables
*Commensurate with experience, developing and implementing a monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations process, with an emphasis on understand of risks and estimates within numbers
