Finance Manager

Our client, a fast growing, award winning global travel business based in Central London is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the day to day operations in Finance. This newly created opportunity will support the business with its continued expansion; by delivering timely and accurate information to the Senior Management team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be working within a rapidly growing office, whilst supervising a small team.

This is a crucial appointment at a significant moment in the company’s growth cycle. You will work very closely with the senior management team to ensure the company is being effectively evaluated and that it continues its growth cycle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the CFO on operational and financial matters
• Streamlining and improving financial processes
• Producing the monthly management accounts with commentary
• Providing ad-hoc analysis to the senior management team
• Business partnering with the various departments across the group
• Managing  the groups cash flow and identifying cost saving initiatives
• Producing the budgets and forecasts for the group
• Supervising a small team, including conducting appraisals

This role requires an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with the capacity to lead the finance function and to deal with complex and ambiguous situations. You will have strong commercial acumen and be able to confidently communicate and present at all levels.
