Senior Finance Analyst

THE CLIENT:

Our client is a global leader in IT & Business Process Outsourcing based in Central London.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Program Directors to provide financial analysis on performance and trends
• Advising on potential improvements to the financial results and forecasts

• Provide financial governance; ensuring costs are charged only as appropriate, monitoring the cost streams against plan and assisting in driving costs down
• Perform daily routine accounting functions, including invoicing, receipts, payments, staff disbursement etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Understand the forecast, including working capital and cashflow; explaining deviations from previous forecast and the agreed plan
• Processing of month end results and production of monthly variance analysis and commentaries for review with the Programme Director

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified & 2+ years Post Qualification Experience
• Audit experience a distinct advantage
• Project Accounting experience is required
• Experience in IT or the Utilities sectors is desirable, though not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Immediately available will be an advantage

PACKAGE:

• Salary: £53,000 - £58,000
• Bonus
