Large organisation is looking for an Interim Rebates / Management Accountant to assist them during a busy period of change. The company is pleased to be promoting and moving personnel around the business to aid their individual career development but while these changes happen they require a good interim Finance Business Partner to keep the month end / commercial support consistent to the business while they recruit new permanent staff into these roles.

The successful interim candidate will be a fully qualified finance professional who is used to operating as a professional interim. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to join a complex organisation and add value quickly. You will be good at relationship building, with both finance and non-finance stakeholders as well as be comfortable "rolling up your sleeves" to just do whatever is required to ensure that the month end runs smoothly and the commercial support is provided to the wider business. You really do need to have good working knowledge of working within a rebate accounting environment.
