Commercial Finance Analyst

A multi-site retail organisation based in Surrey is looking for a confident candidate to take control of standard periodic retail reporting & maintenance of site budgets, reopening and closure & forecast models.

Responsibilities include:

• Weekly sales reporting internally and externally
• Producing schedules for the retail director
• Production and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual returns.  Liaise with the business to collate non-financial data.
• Adjust on a timely basis specific shop budgets to reflect closures & openings
• Calculation on a periodic basis of the weekly sales targets, issue summary reports to field teams

The ideal candidate for this role must have:

• Excellent Excel skills
• University Degree
• Knowledge of Sun Accounts, IPOS & BI would be useful
• Team player
• Experience working in a financial environment
• Accuracy and efficiency skills
