Finance Business Partner

Our exclusive, flourishing PE backed client are accelerating their international expansion due to consistent high growth. As a result of this, they require a Finance Business Partner in a newly created role who will focus on business partnering with Sales and the wider business to give detailed insight into increasing profitability and supporting strategic decision making.

Working for a Big 4 trained Head of Finance who has previous experience working in PE backed businesses, it is seen as critical that the Financial Business Partner has aspirations, and the credibility, to become the future Group Financial Controller, as the Head of Finance steps up to become the CFO.

In return, this is a fantastic opportunity to add real value to a dynamic business from a commercial point of view, working across all departments of the business to produce accurate analysis & reporting, as well as the chance to lead a small team. The opportunity would ideally suit a commercially focused qualified Accountant with significant experience of complex financial modelling and analysis.
