Our client, a market leading blue-chip business with an impressive global footprint, is looking to source a top calibre Interim FP&A Manager and TM1 user, to join its talented, high performing team on an initial interim basis.

You will be tasked with supporting the Regional Lead and act as the key contact on all topics related to financial planning and reporting for internal customers. You will also play a key role in aligning financial processes and deliverables, as well as managing and mentoring a small team of 2 analysts.

Main duties include:
* Working closely with Business Partners to prepare detailed forecasts and budgets and submit in planning system
* Proactively partner with regional leads throughout to planning process to provide consolidated draft projections
* Coordinate and monitor target distributions to markets and maintain risks and opportunities
* Develop and issue standard monthly reports of actuals vs plan
* Conduct deep-dive analysis driven by significant variances of actuals vs plan
* Proactively contribute to improve performance, supporting the team with technical expertise and share best practices

The successful candidate must be of graduate calibre with a strong academic record to date. You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant PQE gleaned in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Advanced Excel is a must, as well as strong knowledge of TM1.
