Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Extra: Bonus, Pension and Other Flexible Benefits

ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Finance Business Partner role in the busy finance department of a major Leicestershire based business.
Working closely with non finance stakeholders to provide regular analysis to support key commercial decision makers.
Multi functional business partnering, managing efficiencies and developing reporting and forecasting tools in a highly economically reactive market.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
Analytical and innovative approach to solutions with excellent systems skills - Advanced Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to present information in detail and to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrable business partnering experience.
Strong Accounting Exam pass rate and Degree educated.
Commercial finance background in a large business.
