Business Change Manager 
You will:
- Be a key driver in implementing Workday
- Lead business change, focused on the transition
- Develop and manage the change management strategy
- Develop and execute the change management work plan
- Lead stakeholder alignment activities
- Develop communications
- Create the country development strategy
- Assist with localisation of training content as appropriate
- Deliver relevant training
- Develop enterprise wide training strategy
- Prepare training plan and associated training materials to be delivered globally
- Create metrics for ongoing measurement of user adoption and impact
- Present orientation and/or informational sessions pre and post roll out
The Skills and Experience you need:
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems
- Practical experience of business change
- In-depth experience in the use of different types of change tools
- An effective leader and educator
- Practical and logical ways of delivering change projects
- A decision maker and problem solver
- Strategic thinker
- Effective marketing and communication skills to sell the programme vision to staff
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
- Experienced in project management
