Group Management Accountant
Circa £45,000
Exeter
6-9 month contract
My client, a large Exeter employer, is seeking a Group Management Accountant to work on a specific project to develop and deliver consolidated management reports. This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant seeking project or interim work in the Exeter area.
The role involves:
- Developing new reporting processes: working with senior staff across the group to develop processes and reports utilising various accounting systems, and developing business relationships.
- Consolidated Management Accounting: reporting results, investigating variance, providing analysis, and presenting information at monthly management meetings.
- Budgeting: Working closely with operational departments to prepare budgets.
- Ad hoc: Supporting team during the year end and other ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified, with experience of producing and presenting management and financial information in a corporate environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
