Group Accountant

Rare opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a prestigious Group of companies on the Fylde Coast. This is a high profile and pivotal appointment which offers a varied remit across financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting with opportunities to drive process improvements.

Duties will include:

*Preparing detailed management and statutory reports for month and year end
*Supporting the delivery of forecast and budget planning processes
*Involvement in ad hoc projects to enhance current working methods, specifically in relation to capital, inventory, tax and treasury
*Liaising with a number of key stakeholders including Senior Management within the business and maintaining relationships with external contacts including auditors

This is an ideal opportunity for an ACCA/ACA practice trained accountant seeking a broad role in industry, however the client is also strongly considering CIMA qualified applicants particularly with experience of Group reporting.
