Financial Reporting Manager

Robertson Bell Finance are currently working with a complex, £150m turnover Not for Profit organisation based in Crawley, who are looking to recruit a bright and technically strong Financial Reporting Manager.

The background is as follows: This Group has recently gone through a considerable transformation project in order to improve/ build on growth, hence there will be plenty of exciting and CV enhancing work to be done throughout the year.

The Financial Reporting Manager will manage, lead and coach a team of approximately 5 on all financial reports and fixed assets. You will be responsible for; taking accountability for submission of the financial results and reporting to senior and executive management, the board and external stakeholders; lead on providing financial advice and support to all operations involved in commercial decision making and the growth of the business; ensuring that reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts for all entities are prepared and checked; take the lead on the external audit process, being the main point of contact for any queries and you will be the source of knowledge on all capital expenditure.

The successful candidate will be: fully qualified accountant with a proven track record of producing statutory accounts and working effectively and delivering to tight deadlines. Staff management experience is key, as is having a strong technical knowledge.
