An opportunity has arisen to join the growing Wealth Management team as a Paraplanner.
Job purpose and primary objectives:
To work as part of the wealth management team providing an excellent service to clients, in accordance with the company’s values, procedures, prevailing legislation and good professional practice so as to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations and needs.
Support our advisers in helping clients, many of whom are business owner managers, professionals and retired people, in all aspects of wealth management – planning, tax mitigation, investment strategy and asset protection.
Specific functions include researching products, funds and solutions, preparing reports for client meetings, highlight areas requiring attention, process new business, prepare suitability reports and track cases through to completion.
Assist the Compliance Officer in maintaining appropriate systems and records
Deal with the implementation and maintenance of group pension schemes
Play an active part in business development initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will:
Be an experienced Wealth Management Paraplanner
Have experience of dealing with high net worth individuals.
Have experience of advising on and implementing group pension schemes

Keen to play an active role in a dynamic team

Great at communicating with people at all levels – face to face and in writing
Positive and good at using your initiative
Organised and good at working under pressure
Background skills and experience desired:
Have worked in the independent advisory market
Qualified to CertPFS or higher
Training Provision:
Support will be given, where appropriate, to continue professional development
Internal support to develop knowledge
Regular performance reviews, alongside an annual personal development plan, to ensure
development is maintained and help you reach your full potential
Package details:
Salary: Dependent on experience

23.5 days’ holiday per annum + bank holidays (3.5 days to be used for the
Christmas closedown)
