Operations Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead a small finance team and be responsible for all financial reporting to provide insight to support the business with key decisions and cost improvements. You will be responsible for preparing monthly accounts, annual budget/projection, monthly forecasts and year end accounts. There will be an opportunity to help drive and embed a continuous improvement culture, improving systems, processes and reporting where necessary.

You will be a driven, qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with rounded post qualification experience. You will have proven management experience and be able to provide examples of how you have developed a team. The role requires strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making, coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills. You will have extensive experience of working with ERP systems and be a confident Excel user. With a focus on business partnering, you will build relationships with ease and be motivated by supporting an environment of continuous improvement.
