Butler Rose is working in partnership with one of the most prestigious organisation in the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity to be able to progress your career to the next level. The current hiring manager is looking for someone who they can mould and grow in to their current position.

This high profile organisation is seeking someone who is an ACCA, CIMA or ACA finalist/newly qualified accountant or someone who is at least very late in their studies towards these professional qualifications.

To be considered for this position you must be someone who has demonstrated constant progression and a willingness to learn in your previous positions. You must have experience dealing with large amounts of data and have intermediate excel levels. You must have gained relevant experience within a reporting role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to investor queries and provide detailed analysis and explanation both verbal and written.
• Completion and delivery of monthly bank data packs, as well as other monthly regulatory & analytical portfolio schedules.
• Accurate production of investor reports to tight timelines, leading to management review and finally delivered to the right party.
• Analysing business change and participating in projects impacting the business
• Document procedures ensuring they are fully updated and accurately reflect the processes.
• Liaising with the external auditors
• Provide specific training programmes to impacted business functions and overviews to the Preparing the monthly & annual accounting posting / reconciliations
• Preparing and maintaining all accounting postings related to the deconsolidation of transactions
• Reconciliations & investigating any variances / issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
